Fair proofreading prices based on scope and effort
Every text is different. That's why I don't publish a fixed price list. A short business letter requires less time than a website, a technical text, or an AI translation that needs thorough editing.
Simply send me your German or English text via email. I will review the length, difficulty, and effort involved and provide you with a proofreading quote in advance. This way, you know the costs before I begin.
Minimum amount
The minimum amount for processing a text is: CHF 40.-
This amount applies to smaller orders, short texts, and simple corrections.
Affordable English proofreading without agency surcharges
I work personally, independently, and without a large office or agency structure. You do not pay for a long processing chain, but for the specific language work: correction, improvement, style, clarity, and natural English by a native English speaker.
This is often a cost-effective solution compared to traditional translation agencies, especially for smaller and medium-sized texts.
This is how to receive your price quote
1. Send text by email
Simply send me your German or English text via email. I will assess the scope and effort involved and inform you of the cost of proofreading, translation editing, or linguistic revision.
Send me your German or English text as a file, for example as a Word document, PDF, OpenDocument, or text file. You can also paste shorter texts directly into the email.

2. Receive an offer
I will check the effort involved and send you the price by email.
3. Confirm order
If you agree to the offer, confirm the order.
4. Processing
After your confirmation, I will personally correct and improve your text. Processing is usually fast, depending on the length and type of text.
